How do I add a new child to the system?

To add a new child, go to the Children section in your dashboard, click "Add New Child," and fill in the required information including name, birthdate, parent contacts, medical information, and any special needs or allergies.

Can parents access their child's information?

Yes! Parents receive their own mobile app where they can view daily reports, photos, attendance records, and communicate directly with staff. They receive automatic invitations when their child is added to the system.

What happens if I lose internet connection?

The mobile app works offline! You can continue checking children in/out, adding journal entries, and taking photos. Everything syncs automatically when your connection is restored.

How do I generate attendance reports?

Go to Reports > Attendance, select your date range and children, then click "Generate Report." You can export reports as PDF or Excel files for record-keeping or regulatory compliance.

Is my data secure and backed up?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, store data in secure Canadian servers, and perform daily automated backups. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and we're fully PIPEDA compliant.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period, and you can export all your data before cancellation.
